A mild spicy alternative to meat loaf using ground turkey

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Loaf - Garlic w/ kick

3 peppers,jalepeno
1 lb. ground turkey breast
1 tomato
1 vidalia onion
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1/2 cup egg beaters
5 garlic cloves

Recipe Directions for Turkey Loaf - Garlic w/ kick

  1. Pre Heat oven to 350

  2. Chop peppers, tomato, onion, and garlic into a medium or large bowl.

  3. Add ground turkey and egg beaters to bowl.

  4. Combine ingredients and mix well by hand or spoon.

  5. Place mixture into loaf pan and in oven in middle rack.

  6. Let cook for 45 mins.

  7. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
