Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Lo Main

16 oz ground turkey
1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons olive oil
6 oz ramen noodles
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup water
6 cups cabbage, shredded
1 cup peas, frozen
1/8 cup soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Turkey Lo Main

  1. In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook turkey, carrots, onion and garlic powder in oil until turkey is no longer pink.

  2. Break noodles. Add noodles, broth and water to pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 3-5 minutes. Add cabbge, peas and soy sauce. Cook and stir until cabbage is crisp-tender and noodles are tender.
