Recipe Ingredients for Turkey and Lentil Casserole

2 c Broccoli
1 c Carrots
1 zucchini
1 onion
8 ounces dry lentils
1 pound ground turkey
1 bell pepper
1 c chicken broth
2 stalks celery

Recipe Directions for Turkey and Lentil Casserole

Brown turkey, stir fry veggies, cook lentils in chicken broth and then mix all together and bake in casserole dish for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. You can add drop biscuits on top if you like.
