Recipe Ingredients for Turkey (leftover) with Broccoli Casserole

4 tbsp potato flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup skim milk
2 cups turkey meat, cooked & diced
1 tsp dried basil
2 cup broccoli, cooked

Recipe Directions for Turkey (leftover) with Broccoli Casserole

  1. Blend potato starch, chicken broth & milk in saucepan. Cook until soft, broccoli flowerettes. Spread out rice (separate) in bottom of casserole. Top with broccoli, diced turkey(chicken) meat and cover all with sauce. Sprinkle with spices, as desired.

  2. Bake, uncovered for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

  3. Serves 4.
