Recipe Ingredients for Turkey and Leek Shepherd's Pie

20 ounce ground turkey
1 leek, sliced thinly
1 cup carrots, sliced thinly
1 cup mushrooms, sliced thinly
1 cup peas, sliced thinly
3 tbsp white wine
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
3 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp sage
1 tsp salt
32 ounce potato
3 tbsp margarine
1/3 cup milk
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Turkey and Leek Shepherd's Pie

  1. cut up all vegetable and boil potatos

  2. cook vegetables in a skillet and brown the turkey

  3. add in all other ingredients and simmer

  4. mix together turkey and vegetable mixture in casserole dish

  5. mash the potatos and add in the margarine, milk and egg

  6. put on top of the turkey and vegetable mixture and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees
