I used home-made tomato sauce, and the Quark had different numbers, but all in all, this should be pretty close. And pretty yummy.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Lasagna

9 sheets Lasagna Noodles
500 g Quark
100 g Mozzarella Cheese
700 ml Tomato Sauce
3/4 cup water
0.41 lbs. Lean Ground Turkey
150 g Peas & Carrots (frozen)
75 g Mozzarella Cheese

Recipe Directions for Turkey Lasagna

  1. Brown ground turkey, mix with thawed peas & carrots.

  2. Mix quark with 100g Mozza.

  3. In a lasagna pan, start with some sauce and then layer noodles, cheese mixture noodles, meat mixture and then noodles.

  4. End with more sauce and top with the remaining Mozza cheese.

  5. Bake at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes, broiling for a couple minutes at the end if desired.
