Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Kufta

1 oz Cheese
0.25 cup Nuts Pine
32 oz Ground Turkey Breast, 99% Fat-free
0.25 cup Parsley
0.2 serving Sun Dried Tomatoes
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
2 tbsp Peppermint, Fresh
4 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Turkey Kufta

  1. In a mixer, blend ground turkey, feta, pine nuts, parsley, sun dried tomatoes onions, peppermint and kalamata olive paste.

  2. Shape into large cigar cylinders.

  3. Fry in 1/4 c. of olive oil till browned on all sides.

  4. Enjoy with pita, pickled turnips, tahini & fattoush or tabbouleh salad!
