Korma sauce with turkey - add some rice and it's just lovely!

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Korma Sauce

1/2 oz butter
1/2 oz flour
1/2 pint fresh milk
1 tsp black pepper
5 tbsp curry powder
430 g turkey

Recipe Directions for Turkey Korma Sauce

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Cook the flour off for 2 minutes. Do not let the roux brown

  2. Gradually blend in milk. (Very gradually or the sauce will get lumpy)

  3. Cook until sauce thickens, boils and is smooth.

  4. Simmer gently for 3 minutes

  5. Add seasonings and serve
