Recipe Ingredients for Turkey A La King

6 tblsp light butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups skim milk
1 cup chicken broth
16 oz turkey breast
4 oz mushrooms
6 oz peas
1/2 cup onion

Recipe Directions for Turkey A La King

  1. melt butter,

  2. stir in flour, salt, pepper

  3. slowly add milk and chicken broth

  4. stir & cook until thickens

  5. add cooked turkey, mushrooms, peas, onions.

  6. simmer until veggies are cooked

  7. serve over english muffins or biscuits
