Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Kielbasa Jambalaya

18 tablespoons (1 box) Zatarain's Jambalaya Mix
392 grams (Hillshire Farm) Turkey Polska Kielbasa
1 cup green peppers

Recipe Directions for Turkey Kielbasa Jambalaya

  1. In a 2.5 quart saucepan, pour 2.5 cups water. Bring to boil.

  2. Slice sausage in 1/4 inch round chunks.

  3. Add Zatarain's Jambalaya Mix, vegetables, and meat, return mixture to a boil.

  4. Reduce heat, stir, cover and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes. Fluff and serve.
