Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Hash

1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cups turkey, baked
2 cups dressing
7 eggs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Turkey Hash

  1. Saute green pepper and onion. Add mead and dressing. Heat until warmed throuigh. Beat eggs

  2. and add. Cook, stirring until eggs are done.

  3. Sprinkle cheese over top.

  4. Can add hot sauce.
