Easy meal from the depression my Grandmother used to make. Feeds a lot of people and inexpensive.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Hamburger Hash

22 oz Pork and Beans
1 med green pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 lb ground turkey or beef
2 med potato, diced
3 tblsp catsup

Recipe Directions for Turkey Hamburger Hash

  1. Cook meat until brown in large pan add salt and pepper to taste. Then add bell pepper and onion, cook till soft. Dice potatos and put in pot, boil 15 mins. Drain water, pray skilet with pam, cook potatos till brown. Mix potatos, meat, onion, peppers, pork and beans and catsup together.

  2. (add other spices like garlic if you like)

  3. Serve with fresh salad and low cal dressing.
