Easy, filling and delicious turkey ham & parmesan omelet

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey ham & parmesan omelet

2 medium eggs
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 1/2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
2 slices

Recipe Directions for Turkey ham & parmesan omelet

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan

  2. Beat eggs and throw in pan once oil is very hot

  3. Let one side of omelet cook and add parmesan to the other side

  4. Flip over when first side is ready, and add turkey ham to hte ready side as the other one is cooking

  5. When 2nd side is ready, remove from heat, serve on a plate and fold in two
