A semi-low calorie wrap to eat throughout the day

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Guacamole Wrap

1 flour tortilla
1 avocado, pureed
1 1/2 tbsp guacamole mix
1 1/2 tomato, diced
1/4 c. red onion, chopped
1 oz. sara lee honey roasted turkey breast, sliced
1/4 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey Guacamole Wrap

  1. Lay out one flour torilla and line with thinly sliced turkey. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top. You can add tomatoes here and onion and cover with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning or you can mix the tomatoes and onions with guacamole mix and 1 avocado and spread some on your wrap. It's fewer calories to leave out the guac, but that's up to you.

  2. Wrap up and cut into 4 pieces. I like to eat one segment every few hours during the day instead of one lunch to keep my metabolism going.
