0.5 tbsp Sage, Ground
3 oz Bread Crumbs Plain
6 slice (1 oz) Low Fat, Cheddar Or Colby Cheese
6 bun Hamburger Buns

Recipe Directions for turkey & green chillie burgers

mix green chillies, ground turkey, red pepper flakes, bread crumbs, sage & egg whites. mix thourghly, cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30-45 minutes. grill until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes each side.
