8 ounces GROUND TURKEY BREAST,99% FAT FREE
6 CORN TORTILLA
28 g KRAFT NATURAL SHREDDED CHEESE - 2% MILK REDUCED FAT- MILD CHEDDAR
8 oz GREEN ENCHILADA SAUCE
1/4 cup CHOPPED ONION

Recipe Directions for TURKEY GREEN CHILIE ENCHILADA

  1. SPRAY A NON STICK SKILLET WITH PAM, PLACE OVER MEDIUM HEAD. HEAT ALL 6 TORTILLA'S ONE AT A TIME ON BOTH SIDES, SET ASIDE.

  2. RESPRAY SKILLET COOK THE GROUND TURKEY UNTIL BROWNED WITH 1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION.

  3. ON A OVEN SAFE PLATE PLACE ONE TORTILLA FLAT,TOP WITH 1/6 OF GROUND TURKEY, ROLL UP ENDING WITH SEAM SIDE ON BOTTOM. REPEAT WITH EACH TORTILLA UNTIL YOU HAVE 6 ROLLS DIVIDED BETWEEN TWO PLATES.

  4. HEAT ENCHILADA SAUCE IN SMALL SAUCE PAN UNTIL HOT. POUR 1/2 OVER EACH PLATES THREE ROLLED ENCHILADA'S. TOP WITH 1/8 CUP CHEESE PER PLATE. PLACE INTO A 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED.
