2 cup Beans, Snap, Green
4 oz Light Yogurt
4 grams Lemon Juice
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
8 oz Diced White Turkey Meat, 3/8"
4 oz Bell Pepper Green
3 tbsp Parsley

Recipe Directions for Turkey and Green Bean Salad

  1. Ingredients:

  2. ? 2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut into pieces

  3. ? 1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt

  4. ? 1 tsp lemon juice

  5. ? pinch of salt

  6. ? 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

  7. ? 2 cups cooked white-meat turkey, diced

  8. ? 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

  9. ? 3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  10. Preparation:

  11. Place green beans in a pot of boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and rinse with cold water.

  12. Stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice and seasoning in a large bowl. Add green beans, turkey, red pepper and parsley. Toss well to coat.
