Very delicious dish, reminds me of old fashioned American Chop Suey that I grew up on.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Goulash

16 oz Ground Turkey Breast, 99% Fat-free
1 large Onions
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 clove Garlic
3 medium stalk, raw Celery
8 oz Mushrooms
16 oz Crushed Tomatoes
1 tbsp Parsley
1 tsp Oregano

Recipe Directions for Turkey Goulash

Slice and dice all veggies. Saute onion & garlic, over low heat letting onions sweat. Add ground turkey, stirring and breaking up turkey meat as it cooks. Add pepper, celery, and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Cook till all veggies are soft. Add spices, tomatoes and simmer. cook pasta seperately, when al dente, drain and add to meat mixture.
