Tastes almost like American Chop Suey, at least my recipe anyway. Really good!

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Goulash

16 oz Ground Turkey Breast, 99% Fat-free
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
2 clove Garlic
3 stalk, small (5" long) Celery
8 oz Mushrooms
14 oz Parmalat Chopped Tomatoes
1 tbsp Parsley
1 tbsp Basil, Fresh
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
8 oz Organic Brown Rice Pasta Fusilli

Recipe Directions for Turkey Goulash

  1. Chop all veggies. Saute onion and garlic over low heat, cover and let sweat. Add peppers and mushrooms, stirring frequently to cook. Seasson with salt and pepper to taste, cook till veggies are done. Remove from pan, add ground turkey meat, saute till all pink color is gone. Add veggies back to pan, add tomatoes and simmer to blend flavors over low heat about 15 to 20 minutes. Cook pasta seperately, drain and add to meat mixture.

  2. Side note: I make the dish without the pasta and freeze in portion controlled sizes.
