Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Goulash/Chili

2 1/2 cups canned tomatos
2 1/2 cups garbanzo beans
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 pound lean ground turkey
2 1/2 cups canned corn
2 1/2 cups black beans

Recipe Directions for Turkey Goulash/Chili

  1. Chop Onions and Garlic, spray pot with PAM, sauté onions and garlic add ground turkey, brown...use seasonings with no calories, chili powder, oregano, garlic powder, cayenne pepper. Once turkey is browned add in canned goods, bring to boil then reduce heat to a simmer and cover for 20 min. Goes good with brown rice. Can substitute canned corn for white hominy.
