125 g turkey breast
1 clove garlic
1 pepper
2 T soy sauce
1 T Olive Oil
1 T lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Turkey in garlic soy and lemon

  1. Pound turkey into a thin scallop

  2. rub with crushed garlic pepper place in zip lock bag with soy and lemon and marinate.

  3. Add oil to no stick pan and brown on high heat for 30 seconds, turn cook another 20 second reduce heat add a splash of water or dry wine cover and cook until done but tender (about 3 minutes)
