Authentic, yet healthy take, on traditional spaghetti bolognase. A satisfying Sunday dinner!

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Fettucine Bolognase

1 serving Tomatoes Diced Raw
1 cup, chopped Carrots
240 grams Onions
1 1tsp Olive Oil
12 oz Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
1/4 cup Light Ricotta Cheese
1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
420 grams Spaghetti, Whole-wheat, Cooked
1 cup, diced Celery
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tablespoon Oregano

Recipe Directions for Turkey Fettucine Bolognase

  1. Heat olive oil in skillet, add onion, cook until translucent. Add garlic powder, carrot, tomatoes and celey cook until soft.

  2. In another pan, oil and brown the turkey, add oregano, parsley and basil.

  3. Add the meat to te vegetable pan.

  4. Stir well, then add the ricotta cheese. Stir again.

  5. Cook pasta according to package, drain, do not rinse.

  6. Add the sauce to the pasta, reserving/combing with any remaining pasta water.

  7. Serve with parmesean cheese to taste.
