Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Feta Burgers

1 pound raw ground turkey
1 green onion
1/2 cup baby spinach
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey Feta Burgers

  1. Combine ground turkey, scallion, spinach, feta, salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.

  2. Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat for 6 minutes per side for medium doneness.
