A yummy way to use left over turkey or ground turkey

Recipe Ingredients for turkey enchillada bake

20 oz (raw) Ground Turkey
2 cup Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Salsa
4 tortilla Multi Grain Tortillas
16 oz Unico Black Beans
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
2 tbsp Chili Powder
4 oz 14% Sour Cream
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for turkey enchillada bake

  1. combine turkey, salsa, corn and black beans with chili powder.

  2. Layer 2 tortillas in a 13 x 9 baking dish and put half of the turkey mixutre, sour cream and cheese. Then layer again.

  3. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 375 or until heated through.
