A fast and tasty way to fix ground turkey breast or to use that left over thanksgiving day turkey

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Enchilads

1 cup 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
4 oz Sour Cream Fat Free Grade A Pasteurized Dairy
1.5 cup Shredded Cheese
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 cup, chopped Onions
3 tbsp Garlic Powder
6 tortillas Super Size White Corn Tortillas
4 oz Green Chilies
4 oz Jalapenos
16 oz Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast

Recipe Directions for Turkey Enchilads

  1. Cook turkey, chili powder, garlic powder and onions until turkey is cooked and onions are tender.

  2. Add green chilis.

  3. Cover bottom of baking dish with three tortillas.

  4. Cover with 1/2 turkey mixture.

  5. Cover turkey with 1/2 of shredded cheese.

  6. Cover with three tortillas and cover with remaining turkey.

  7. Pour soup mixture over turkey.

  8. Cover with remaining cheese.

  9. Bake at 350 for 35minutes.

  10. Add sliced olives and serve with sides of Pico De Gallo and Fat Free Sour Cream.
