Turkey and Cheese Enchiladas in a red suce

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Enchiladas in a red suace

2 oz Turkey
1 corn tortilla
1/8 cup oz Enchilada sauce
1 oz onions
1/4 tbs olive oil
1/8 cup Mexican Four Cheese 2% Milk
2 tbsp chopped garlic

Recipe Directions for Turkey Enchiladas in a red suace

  1. Spray cooking spray in glass baking dish large enough for 6 enchiladas, spoon thin layer of sauce on bottom

  2. 12 oz Shred Turkey white or dark 1.5 to 2 ounces per Enchilada

  3. 1 cup chopped onions

  4. Mexican Spices (Chili powder, Cumin, Mexican Oregano) salt pepper

  5. 1 can red Enchilada Sauce

  6. Add olive oil to the pan and saute onions and garlic

  7. Add shredded turkey anand spices heat through

  8. Add dash at a time enchilada sauce for moisture and flavor

  9. Heat Tortilla in non-stick pan or glass stove top

  10. Add turkey and onion mixture with sprinkle of cheese and roll layering in casserole dish

  11. Spoon additional sauce over rolled enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese adding sliced olives if desired

  12. Baked 350 deg until cheese is melted and bubbly, 10 to 12 min
