Lowfat/lower carb turkey enchiladas

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Enchiladas

9 low carb tortillas
1 lb ground turkey 94% lean
1 cup enchilada sauce
1 medium onion
1 tbsp garlic
.5 cup,+diced 2% cheese

Recipe Directions for Turkey Enchiladas

  1. brown meat

  2. drain meat

  3. sautee onion and garlic in water

  4. add back meat

  5. add cup enchilada sauce

  6. add cheese

  7. mix together

  8. fill tortillas

  9. roll tortillas and place in baking pan

  10. cover with remaining enchilada sauce

  11. bake @ 350 for 30 minutes
