Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Enchiladas

2 flour tortillas
1/4 cup cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp green chiles
3 tbsp onions
1 cup turkey
1/4 cup cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Turkey Enchiladas

  1. mix turkey, onions, green chiles, and half the cream of chicken soup together.

  2. spread inside flour tortillas and roll.

  3. assemble in small baking dish

  4. spread remaining soup on top and sprinkle with cheese

  5. bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes

  6. cover with salsa and enjoy
