Recipe Ingredients for turkey enchilada lasagna

1 serving Ground Turkey
1 serving Chili Tomatoes Diced with Chili Spices
1 serving Corn 'N Peppers with Extra Crispy Corn
1/4 cup Old El Paso Sauce Enchilada Mild
2 tbsp Old El Paso Chiles Green Chopped
1 serving 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar
1 tortilla 8" Multi Grain
1/2 cup Old El Paso Refried Beans Fat Free

Recipe Directions for turkey enchilada lasagna

  1. brown ground turkey

  2. add enchilada sauce, tomatoes, corn and peppers, and green chiles

  3. while waiting to bring to boil, start layering tortilla shells.

  4. first put a small amount of sauce in bottom of lasagna pan.

  5. layer shells by putting 1/2 of a shell on each of the longer sides and 1/4 of a shell on smaller ends pan.

  6. layer refried beans, turkey sauce, and cheese 2 or 3 times. top with sauce and cheese.

  7. bake at 350 for 45 min.

  8. for the best results, get a block of cheese and grate it yourself.

  9. enjoy!!
