Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Enchilada casserole

1 3/10 lb lean ground turkey
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp chili powder
8 ounce tomato sauce, no salt added
9 corn tortillas
4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Turkey Enchilada casserole

  1. brown ground tukey

  2. add onion, bell pepper and spices cook until veggies are tender

  3. add tomato sauce and cook for 1 more minute

  4. layer tortillas, meat mixture and cheese, ending with layer of cheese

  5. bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted
