Recipe Ingredients for Turkey with Dijon mustard Whole-Wheat Toast Sandwich

2 slices Whole-wheat bread or toast
1/2 cup rocket or 3 leaves of fresh green roquette
1 leaf Lettuce
2 slices Turkey Breast Meat or turkey dillie
1/2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. Dijon mustard or plain mustard
1 (25g) Dill pickles or two rings
2 tsp. Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 slice Tomatoe

Recipe Directions for Turkey with Dijon mustard Whole-Wheat Toast Sandwich

  1. Toast the bread slices and spread the mustard on one the inner side of the first slice and dip a small clean and dry teaspoon in the honey jar all the way to the middle of the spoon and then lift it up to the bread slice to let the honey slide down gently on the mustard spread, you can wipe the spoon in the bun to remove the final drops of honey from the spoon.

  2. Now spread the cream cheese on the inner side of the second bread slice. Place the Turkey slices, tomato slice, rocket leaves, lettuce leaf and the pickles inside the sandwich.

  3. Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy with a really cold diet soda.
