Turkey cutlets in mushroom sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Cutlets

10 1/2 oz cream of mushroom soup
6 turkey breast slices
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
3/4 cup light sour cream

Recipe Directions for Turkey Cutlets

  1. Season cutlets with salt, pepper and seasoning.

  2. In large skillet, put cream of mushroom soup and red pepper flakes in at low-heat to melt.

  3. In 2-3 minutes place seasoned cutlets in pan to cook for 10-15 minutes.
