i use cranberry chutney not cranberries i add a few drops orange oil to strengthen the flavor

Recipe Ingredients for turkey cutlets in orange and cranberry

16 oz turkey breasts
2 tbsp cranberries
1 orange
1 tsp. almond extract
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup onions
1 tsp olive oil
1/8 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for turkey cutlets in orange and cranberry

  1. brown the tenderized breasts in oil. add almond extract, cranberry chutney, orange oil and orange plu some chiken broth or water and the onions and simmer with a lid for 3- 5 mins. remove and serve.

  2. I would serve with high fiber grens under it like a kale orr chard to slow absorption of the sugar and add fiber and balance or use it in a salad with broccolli and cauliflower
