Recipe Ingredients for Turkey cutlet oven baked

1 1/2 pounds turkey cutlet
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp mustard
1/2 cup egg beaters

Recipe Directions for Turkey cutlet oven baked

  1. mix egg beaters and mustard, mix bread crumbs and spices together. Bath cutlets in egg beater mixture and dredge in bead crumb mixture.

  2. Place breaded cutlets on lightly oiled (spray) cookie sheet and bake 25-30 minuets ate 360 oven. Cutlets are done if instant thermometer reads 170 or when jucies no longer run pink.
