Simple, easy and quick turkey curry.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Curry

500 grams Turkey Breast
3 tbsp Curry Powder
5 grams Turmeric Powder
1 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions
6 clove Garlic
500 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
500 grams White Pepper
10 grams salt
5 tbsp Olive Oil
4 serving Thai Jasmine Rice (Elephant Chef)

Recipe Directions for Turkey Curry

  1. Cut everything to smaller pieces and put into separate bowl turkey, onion + garlic and peper + tomatoes.

  2. Into bowl with turkey add all the spices and olive oil (Spices can be adjusted according to your taste) and mix it all together.

  3. Now to cooking. Put a bit of oil on a pan and heat it up. When hot add garlic and onion.

  4. When onion is glassy add turkey breast and just roast it quickly until is meat white.

  5. Then add pepper and tomatoes. Roast it until tomatoes embark juice.

  6. Add some water and let it cook for about 30 minutes on medium flame. While this is being cooked cook rice.

  7. When are both done you can go ahead and serve. Enjoy :)
