Simple, quick indian style turkey curry.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey curry

2 tbsp curry powder
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp minced garlic
20 oz ground turkey
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder

Recipe Directions for Turkey curry

In a large skillet, heat curry powder, ginger & garlic stirring, for 2 minutes. Stir in onions; continue cooking, stirring frequently, until onions are softened. Stir in turkey. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes longer, or until heated through. Add garam masala, salt and chilli powder. Stir in lemon juice.
