1/8 cup bell pepper
1/8 cup mushrooms
1 tablespoon onions
1/2 tablespoon jalapeno
1 large egg

Recipe Directions for Turkey Cups

line each muffin pan hole with deli turkey. Add chopped veggies. Crack an egg on top and break the yoke. Set oven for 400 and cook for 25-30 minutes.
