Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Corn Chowder

1 cup onion
1/4 cup butter
2 cups water
3 cups turkey
1 cup celery
5 red potatoes, peeled
17 ounces corn
17 ounces creamed corn
1 quart milk

Recipe Directions for Turkey Corn Chowder

Saute onion in butter in a Dutch oven until tender. Add, water, bouillon, turkey, celery, and potatoes. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes until potatoes are tender. Add corn, milk salt and pepper. Simmer until hot. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika if desired. Yield 8 to 10 servings.
