20 oz Ground Turkey Breast, 99% Fat-free
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 small Onions
2 clove Garlic
2 cup, sliced Peppers, Sweet, Green
14.498 oz Diced Tomatoes

1 serving Ground Cumin Spice
1 serving Chili Powder
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Turkey-Corn Chili

  1. 1 tsp cumin; 1 tbsp chilli powder, 1 tbsp soy sauce, optional bay leaf
