Turkey Club Sandwich Ring with Avocado Aioli

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Club Sandwich Ring

2 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
1 slice (1 oz) Swiss Cheese
1.69 oz (1 serving) Turkey, White, Rotisserie, Deli Cut
4 oz Avocados
2 oz Dressing
1/6 package Bread Crusty French Loaf

Recipe Directions for Turkey Club Sandwich Ring

  1. 2 cans pillsbury french loaf

  2. 1 egg

  3. 1 tsp oregano

  4. 1 1/2 c shredded lettuce

  5. 1/4 c chopped onion

  6. 2 medium tomatoes

  7. 1 1/2 tbs red wine vinegar

  8. 1/3 cup mayo

  9. 2 garlic cloves

  10. 1/2 avocado

  11. 8 oz deli turkey

  12. 8 slices provolone (I used swiss) cheese

  13. 8 slices bacon, cooked crisply

  14. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet w/ PAM or line with parchment paper. Place both loaves seam side down on sheet, pinch together the ends to seal, making a ring. Cut 12 1/2 inch deep slashes around the ring.

  15. In small bowl, beat egg and oregano. Brush over dough and sprinkle with parmesean cheese. Bake 26-30 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool on sheet 20 minutes.

  16. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix lettuce, onion, tomatoes, oil vinegar, red pepper flakes and oregano. Refrigerate 20 minutes to blend flavors and slightly wilt lettuce.

  17. Mix mayonnaise, avocado and garlic together until smooth.

  18. Cut bread ring in half horizontally. Press inside of top and bottom of ring to flatten bread slightly for fillings. Place lettuce mixture in bottom of ring. Top with turkey, cheese and bacon. Spread avocado mixture in top of ring, place on bottom ring - cut into 8 sandwich sections & serve.
