2 parts ground turkey 1 part chorizo cooked with chopped onions and green peppers. Burger topped with onions, tomato, grilled mushrooms, cilantro, squirt of lime, avacodo spread, and goat cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey and Chorizo Burger

16 serving Bacon
20 oz (raw) Ground Turkey
10 oz Chorizo, Pork And Beef
8 oz Goat, Soft Type Cheese
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium Tomatoes
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
8 serving, raw Cilantro
8 serving Hamburger Buns

Recipe Directions for Turkey and Chorizo Burger

  1. Mix 2 parts ground turkey and 1 part chorizo in a bowl, season with pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and paprika

  2. Mix in diced onion and green pepper, form into patties.

  3. Cook burgers to preffered temp

  4. Top too taste and enjoy!
