20 oz Poultry food products, ground turkey, raw
6 oz Bacon
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
3 serving Chipotles In Adobo Sauce Peppers

Recipe Directions for Turkey Chipotle Bacon Rissoles

  1. Grind Bacon to mince texture

  2. Combine with chopped onion, bead crumbs, chipotle & adobo peppers, egg and ground turkey.

  3. Mix thoroughly and proportion into 10 patties

  4. Fry in covered pan until cooked (turning regularly) About 20 minutes.
