Recipe Ingredients for turkey chilli

1010 grams lean ground turkey
19 oz kidney beans
28 oz canned tomatoes no salt
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped onion

Recipe Directions for turkey chilli

  1. add to taste, cumin, chili powder, coco powder, oregano, garlic, hot sauce and basil

  2. you can add salt but I use none. ( low sodium diet)

  3. throw it in a crock pot 4 hours +/-, stir and wait till cooked....eat when done done
