Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Chili Sweet and Mild

2 1/2 lbs ground turkey
1 sweet red pepper
1 large carrot
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon anise seeds
1 teaspoon sugar
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
822 g (2 cans) Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes
398 g (1/2 can) crushed tomatoes
311 g (1 can) corn kernels
48 g (1oz square) baking chocolate semi sweet

Recipe Directions for Turkey Chili Sweet and Mild

  1. Pour vegetable oil into a four quart sauce pot.

  2. Heat on a low flame.

  3. Peel wash then grate the carrot with a fine grater into the pot.

  4. Peel seed and chop the red pepper.

  5. Peel and chop the onion.

  6. Add them to the pot.
