Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Chili with Red Beans

2 1/2 cups water
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp fennel seeds
2 1/2 tbsp chili powder
28 oz crushed tomatoes
30 oz beans, kidney
1 tbsp tomato paste
19 1/5 oz ground turkey
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
1/2 onion
2 garlic cloves
2 jalapeno peppers
1 cup celery
1 medium carrot
