Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Chili

32 oz Ground Poultry 97% Lean
12 tsp Chili Powder
6 tsp Cumin
6 tsp Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 medium Onions
10 medium Carrots, Baby
1 clove Garlic
15 oz Seasoned Tomato Sauce
12 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
15 oz Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds, Canned

Recipe Directions for Turkey Chili

  1. Preheat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1 turn of the pan, to a skillet and the turkey.

  3. Break up the turkey with the back of a wooden spoon.

  4. Season the turkey with the spice mixture.

  5. Break up and brown turkey a couple of minutes, then add the finely chopped onion and cook another couple of minutes.

  6. When onions are translucent, add the beans, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato sauce.

  7. Adjust seasonings and simmer the chili sauce over low heat until ready to serve.
