My mother's chili, substituting ground turkey for ground beef.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Chili

1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 med. onion, chopped
15 oz. chili beans
15 oz. red kidney beans
12 oz. tomato sauce
15 oz. diced tomatoes
16 oz. tomato juice
2 T Chili powder (or to taste)

Recipe Directions for Turkey Chili

  1. Brown turkey with onion in a stock pot, until well-cooked.

  2. Add beans, tomatoes, sauce, juice, and chili powder.

  3. Cook/simmer for desired time. Chili is ready when warm.
