Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Chili

16 oz Ground Turkey, 93% Lean
15.5 oz Beans
15.5 oz Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
4 ounces Fresh Chopped Onions
1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1.5 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin
0.5 square (1 oz) Baking Chocolate, Unsweetened, Squares
3 tbsp Ketchup

Recipe Directions for Turkey Chili

  1. Saute onions in 1 tbsp oil or with cooking spray.

  2. Add turkey and cook until no longer pink.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for at least 15 min.
