awesome chili, modified to be a little healthier

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey chili

400 g dry pinto and anasazi beans, mixed
5 cups water
14 oz Diced Tomatoes with Sweet Onions
7 oz cooked kidney beans
8 oz Ground Turkey, 93% Lean
2 tbsp Spinach
2 tbsp Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 1/2 cups salsa
3 tbsp catsup

Recipe Directions for Turkey chili

soak beans in water in crockpot overnight. Add tomatoes, kidney beans, salsa and catsup the next morning. Cook ground turkey with spinach and butternut squash; add to mixture in crockpot and stir. Let cook until you are ready to serve.
