Turkey Chili. Serve with steamed kale and spinach. Lunch: 1/2 - 1 c. chili over 2-3 c. fresh kale/spinch mix. Microwave 2 min.

1.5 cup Kidney Beans, Organic
20 oz Ground Turkey Lean
1.5 cup, sliced Onions
1.5 cup Black Eyed Peas, Organic
2 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
4 clove Garlic
32 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
1.5 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 cup kernels Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 tbsp Olive Oil
